Autumn 3

This is the last autumn selection since season has changed to winter

We had a snow today and few leaves remain on trees

More than half of the day is dark and harsh winter has started

winter forest is bright but lacking of color
Only when I look up, I realize that I am looking down while I am walking,

Golden leaves are spreading on my head
I was amazed by the color of nature

My uni tree
I often look outside while I am taking a class
I wonder why leaves have to change color like this
It is hard to explain the system of nature

When I saw the sight, it made me imagine milky way
Ducks are swimming the milky way and leaves spread like stars

Morning pond
Pond locates in slightly high land and we have to climb up the short slope to reach the pond
When I reach to the pond there is a big tree.
I like to see the pond from this angle with leaves

Swans gather in winter
Some of them are spending night in nearby swamp and come to this pond in the morning 

nothing interesting but suddenly thought of becoming the same line of sight with ducks
The view that I usually see was little bit different
The height of fog was different










Plants started to get frosted

I like this color combination
It is beautiful
and it smells good

Water drops on ichou
I thought it's beautiful and stopped the  bike
Ichou is famous tree in Japan
It has really stinky fruit but taste really good

It was a really warm afternoon
Old people were watching new coming swans
It must be hard for old people to stay inside for their whole winter

I took this picture a little while ago in my university
I was eating lunch outside and thought  it has good color









Extra

I went to 浄土ヶ浜　（jyodoga hama) with my friend
Jyodo means pure land in Buddhism
As it called water was really clean and water was blue
It was calm place and I can understand why it is called jyodo

My friend Hikari took this photo from iphone
Actually iphone can take really good photos sometimes better picture that camera,
which make me confused a little
But you can see how calm the place is

There are many seagulls and the left young seagull came really close to my place
Hikari chased him but he kept the same distant and never let her getting closer

Ascending force

Autumn 2

Autumn is getting deeper and deeper

Most of the trees have finished changing their color and started to shed leaves

Wind is cold and we have many rains

Cold and wet, dark weather can easily make me in a down mood

So I try to get out from my house and explore the nature 

1. Horse racing 

Before horse racing season finishes, I went to horse racing with my friends

Since Morioka is a rural place, I can see horses in a really close distance 

I bet some, but lost them all

It might sounds like sour grapes but I was happy to see beautiful animals

I was amazed by the speed of horses

I wonder how human being could start controlling such a beautiful and mysterious animal

Human is such an interesting creature that ride on other animal

Light of sun became red, with the red leaves back ground 

Mt. Kurakake 

I went to climb up Kurakake mountain with my friend

Color of the leaves were beautiful at the entrance of the mountain, 

however 10 min walk and the sight has changed to winter

or light was reflected by yellow leaves
So we were surrounded by yellow color and yellow smell
It was a good climbing

I feel warm with tick leaf carpet and thick brown mosses

We started to have snow from here
Clouds moved so fast that it was hard to take a photo with a light

Rainy morning

Most of the days, when I wake up in the morning, sky is covered with thick cloud 

I often have light rain

I do like such a morning since smell of the trees are so nice 

But when it becomes to a time to go to university, I start to hate the weather

I feel something special even I used to wake up in the same time
I think my mind is still at summer time so that waking up before sunrise
makes me feel somehow special

It is a hard season since kids get wet by rain
After 3 weeks, rain will probably turn into snow so we won't get wet

It looks like a Japanese sweets at the same time,
it looks like a skin of a drum

Autumn 1

I live in Iwate prefecture, which locates 500 km north from Tokyo, Japan 

I am living here to go to the university 

There is a tall mountain called Mt. Iwate. We can see it from everywhere 

I check when I ride a bike, walk around, and when I am bored at class

 I always see the mountain and imagine the whether over there. 

People say after three snow falls in Mt. Iwate, we will also get a snow

I climbed up Mt. Iwate three weeks ago. The next day of my climbing, Mt. Iwate was covered with snow. 

These days I am trying to enjoy nature as much as I can. 

Before snow falls, before everything is covered with snow. .....

I feel like I am chased by a big man called snow man.

Try to catch colors.
My eyes went here and there. I felt like I was in a wonderland.
Not only the color but also the smell of leaves were amazing

Winter was getting ready.
Birds and small animals were nervous for having winter and they were pretty quiet

In Japan, we say autumn sky is high
I felt like sky is endless at the same time, I felt like I can hit my head

Mt. Iwate is a goddest mountain
There are many statues like that on the top of the mountain




Back to down land

Steam from a pond
It is getting colder in the morning and it is getting harder to get out from a warm bed
But when I get outside, I can see this view.
I can see how cold the world is
It looks like ducks are taking bath

Not bad to walk in this time
 I can hear everything, trees, birds, insects are getting ready for waking up

We have lots of rain in this season
Even whether forcast tells the day to be sunny, we often have a sudden rain
I cannot count how many times, I made my clothes and towel wet by drying outside my room

I like the sun between cloud
But it is hard to take a photo since sun is so selfish and mischievous
She lighten and hide as if she is mocking me

They look so fragile and they look like they stay on the leaf secretly

I walked with my friend in the afternoon to come to this place
This place is used to be a farm that owned by a rich governor
Right now, fields are replaced by wild plants and becoming homes for thousand of animals
