Chyagu chyagu uma ko

 Chyagu Chyagu uma ko (ちゃぐちゃぐ馬子)
Iwate was famous for horse breeding during the age of provincial wars
But even after the era, horses were necessary for agriculture
Farmers used to go to shrine to wish for good health of horses after rice planting season
In this festival, people walk from one shrine to main shrine in Morioka for 13 km
Chyagu chyagu is the sound when horses walk

Line of horses and people were crossing bridge

Colt was drinking milk during the short stop

One colt missed her mother and ran to her mother

She got sleepy in the long walk

Row of horses crossed the central traffic in the city

A small girl got tired and fell asleep on back of a horse
She was rolling and almost fell down

Not only horses but also a boy was tied to his mother

After reached the main shrine

Girl was happy after the big job
