Balu visiting Ushiku

My parents live in Ushiku in Ibaraki

and I was brought up there in my young age

I went back with Balu to seek sakura in this spring 

Sakura didn't bloom fully, but we enjoyed staying there 

Balu got some new companies  

Balu is a good dog for my sister's daughter Haruchan

Gradually they became a close friend 

I am tied......

To get an evening meal, dog and cat are no more enemy
They fight against people

Old cat mama chan is not happy with Balu
So Baron is reconciling

Balu wants to sleep with Baron but Baron seems to be hesitated

Balu early spring

I started to live with a black cat called Balu

He was born in a farm and was almost dead soon after he was born

He came to my house for a treatment and ended up staying in my house 

He is a cheerful, unique cat, with full of curiosity and love

He comes almost everywhere I go 

and tries almost everything I do 

Following pictures are our life in the early spring

I went to cut a tree and he was waiting for me under the tree and snow

I don't know why he waits for me like this

He got his new company

We often go for a walk 

He doesn't like walking on snow and he hates the sound of car

He likes walking in a wild

We also walk into forest 

Balu has eyes which are same color as fukujyusou (福寿草）

Since he was a stray cat, he sometimes show a wild cat face (at Aikappu cape)

Winter life in Akkeshi, Hokkaido

The day is getting longer and sometimes temperature rises up to plus degree. 

Spring is coming soon!! 

We have Akkeshi lake which is connecting to sea. In this season, Akkeshi lake is fully covered with ice.  

I had a chance to join fishery under the ice. 

Fisherman dig holes on the ice and put nets underwater.

Every morning fishermen pull out the nets and collect fish.

We used snowmobile and went to each collecting spots

After we left the fishing spots, hundreds of eagles were gathering to eat leftovers
Eagles were so big, beautiful and breathtaking shape

I went for a walk on other day to see  frozen sea 

I can feel the warm spring light but warm day will come bit later

Hokkaido Autumn to winter 2018-2019

Hokkaido Autumn to winter

I started to live in north island in Japan called Hokkaido from last April

I live in a beautiful place facing the Pacific ocean and mountains behind

It is famous for dairy industry, fishery and wild animals

I have seen many beautiful views but I had less motivation to take pictures  

Finally I started to put my camera inside a pocket and take some pictures

Here are several pictures from Autumn to Winter

One day I walked in a forest and enjoyed the color of autumn

I came across to an adorable deer

It was a breath taking view

Winter 

The same forest was covered with snow 

I was about to write "there are little snow in my town",

and I looked out my window and I saw field and houses are covered with snow 

Crane is Japanese symbol bird
It is designated as a natural monument but there are quite many crane in my area

The lake is covered with fog most of the time 
So it is said that lady who sees this lake cannot marry
I have been to this lake twice and every time I could see the lake very clearly
Let's see how my future will be






Gradually I will pick up my pace in my life
And hopefully I can upload more pictures often
