Cow is secret animal in Hindu culture so cows cannot be slaughtered
Even it is weak, unproductive, old, infected by disease, male.....
Seeing from veterinary and livestock aspect,
I felt great difference between those Hindu countries and Japan

Nowadays meat buffalo farms are getting popular

Kathmandu part 2

Back to Kathmandu, I can see many people living in different life

What I can say is day of Nepalese start early morning,

work for relatively long time and sit for long time

Bhaktapur (Bhadgaon)

Bhaktapur is the third biggest city in Kathmandu valley 

It used to be a capital during 15c -18c

Many Newari people live in this town and there is strong Newari culture

There were still mid age atmosphere and culture in this town

There are hundreds of paths between houses

Many people were sitting and talking at the corner of every blocks

Cray pot is one of the important products in Bhaktapur
They pour milk  inside this cray pot and make ju ju Dhau (dahi/ yogurt)
Ju Ju Dhau is famous in Bhaktapur and it tasted really nice

The family was really nice and helped me a lot during my stay

I spent most of the time with mother, boy, and a little girl

Village in Rampur, Chitwan

This is my study field in Nepal, Chitwan 

It is about 5 hours from Kathmandu to south 

Since it is end of rainy season, weather is really hot 

It is flat area and rice is the major production

There are also many animals such as buffalo, cow, goat and dogs 

I will post serious study pictures later 

This time, I am going to post  people I met while i was walking a village

People were relaxed spending time chatting

In the morning, a girl was carrying milk that got from a farm nearby
